Eric Munoz – Eric Munoz was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance and joined TSCG (The Shopping Center Group) as an associate in May of 2023. In his free time, Eric enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active through sports. 

Matt Whelan– Matt graduated Louisiana State University in 2021 and has been with PMAT Real Estate since. PMAT is a Retail Open Air Shopping Center Development Company based out of New Orleans, LA. PMAT is a value-add developer and operates in 17 states including the Southeast, Sunbelt, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.  Since inception in 2003, PMAT has transacted on $1.3B and 11.3M square feet of grocery, off-price, discount, fun, and fitness anchored shopping centers.
